Not sure what is up with this model but the motor seems to have trouble starting. You can heat it sputter trying to push past the magnetic barrier but if it doesn't cycle at first attempt the motor sputters back and fourth until the heat sensor cuts the circuit. It will attempt another start once cool.

Works perfectly. I watched several videos on installation, definitely looks easier than it was. BUT, it is installed, and I now have my dishwasher back up and running.
