  Thanks to the Chinese cheap labor and the Amazon great delivery service, my wife is not complaining anymore about dirty clothes piling up.The pump itself is a bit louder than the OEM one, but it works just fine. The fit is the same and it takes about a hour to install. Don’t forget to check out YouTube for helpful videos and clean the retainer to allow the new pump to do it’s job.Enjoy a working washing machine.

  This pump is listed as a replacement for a 137108000, but on our Kenmore 417.44142400 which calls for a 137108000 pump, the outlet is on the left (as viewed from the motor side) whereas this pump is delivered with the outlet on the right (see 1st pic).It's not a hard conversion, the impeller housing is removable with three screws (2nd pic), you can then spin the housing 180 degrees and have it exit to the left instead of the right. You need to make sure you flip the flapper check valve over so it hangs down and works correctly with gravity (3rd pic) and on the Kenmore 417.44142400 you'll also need to use the old pump mounting bracket, as the OEM bracket is wider and the holes in the sheet metal of the washer are not set up for the narrow bracket that's included with this pump (4th pic).I just installed this today, so I have no idea of longevity for this pump. The OEM pump lasted us since new (about 15 years), that pump was actually still working / spinning, but the impeller was starting to get worn through at the center, and it started making a rattling noise and didn't pump the washer out one time, so I replaced it.

  Needed to fix my older washer as I didn't feel like shelling out for a new one. The plastic impeller in these pumps break afterwhile causing a no drain issue. Swapped it out in under 30minutes and the old Frididaire is back up and running.

  Exact replacement , fit and functions great. Nice and quite now. Old pump has been loud for quite a while now. I checked for a 120v ac at pump wires eliminating that the control feeding it was bad. Unplug washer first and turn off the water. It’s not to hard to change just very limited room to work. Put a plastic bag under the pump and hoses to catch the water when disconnecting hoses. I still had to sponge up a little water that missed the bag. Comparing the old with the new , the old ones check valve flapper was really distorted and the motor shaft had excessive play in it. F.Y.I. I cleaned the water inlet screens where the hoses connect since I was working on it. The cold water screen was pretty clogged. Fills fast no too.

  Product worked to remedy fault code. Pump lasted approximately one year. Bought another to replace since was a reasonable price.

  Pump worked great for 60 days. Then failed. Seller was great about their warranty and refunded me. I may have just got a dud pump but ordered a different replacement instead of this one again.
