Only issue is that one of the 2 screws was difficult to get into the mount because the new drain pump has an overhang that the OEM part did not. It was not a major issue and I was able to sort it out.Super fast delivery and really simple replacement and there and multiple vids on YouTube to help you out I. The replacement. Highly recommend.

This part fit my older washer, top loader. I am female and my drain pump went out. This product was so easy to install I did it myself and I've never touched a washer before in my life. Came with everything needed. Simply pull in, screw down and it's working. So far, not one ounce of trouble and no leaks. Washer works great. The price was good also.

This did exactly what we needed it to. The replacement on sears.com was 115... this was 15. One plastic piece did come cracked but we were able to salvage the old one. Has worked well so far

This product can discharge on either side. I had to reverse mine. There are no directions in the box on how to reverse it, but I was able to figure it out. Also, keep your old pump until the new one is fully installed just in case you need a part or two (I needed the original mounting plate).

installed 4 months ago, no issues since. If you're doing this type of washing machine, do yourself a favor and take the top, then the front of the machine off (rather than changing it from underneath) to make the swap.

You will see any pumps in different price ranges. l have purchased them all highest, lowest and in the middle priced and l get the exact same results. THEY ALL HAVE FAILED WITHIN 12months. So buy TWO and with a warranty so you can exchange. Again THEY WILL ALL FAIL WITHIN 12months as lm on #4 pump in 27months. Samsung doesn’t manufacture these products anymore so everyone selling cheap Chinese alternatives.

I didn't like hoe it was packaged. It needs bubble wrapped to protect it from shipping. Other than that it is good
