  Might have included instructions that you may need to rotate the pump for certain models. Once I did that, install was straightforward. Quiet operation and a big savings over exact replacement pump.

  This was a nearly perfect fit. The one very small issue is that the plastic housing of this pump extends slightly further over/above the inside bolt hole of the mount so that when you place the pump, you can't get the bolt in the hole because the top of the bolt bumps into the housing (can't get it vertical). Easy fix is to pull the rubber bushing off the mount, put the bolt through it and screw the bolt with the bushing into washer frame first, then slide the pump and mount onto the secured bushing (it'll make sense when you look at it). Then tighten the second bolt down as normal. At least this was the case for my model. Perfect my washer is quiet again.

  I bought this pump since the old part, #137221600, was discontinued and replaced with this one. I had to remove the harness off the old one and get it on this one, not exact fit. Also the plastic shield from the old one didn't fit so it is just near it since the power cord it attached to it. Overall, works great so far for how much it is.

  Opened package, installed it quickly, loaded dirty laundry.Ran a load of clothes to test it. It works just fine. Only time will if I purchased a good product.So far I would recommend it as a replacement part.

  All you have to do is take the mounting braket off the factory pump, grind off the ear on the replacement pump, & install the factory mounting braket to the replacement pump. Wiring plug was exactly the same as the factory pump. Simple job that took about an hour.

  Bought the product March 9th. Installed when it showed up. Four months later washing machine wouldn’t drain, just hummed. Took it apart, found the impeller had broken. Worked as a pump should for four months though, I guess. I wouldn’t purchase this item.

  I was/am a little suspicious with how cheap this is, considering an "official" part is almost 10x more. I've had it in a couple of days and done maybe 8 loads of laundry and so far I haven't had problems. It's quieter than the one I replaced, that's for sure, but who knows how old that one was. I know some other people have reviewed that theirs came in broken or breaking not long after installation, and my box was pretty beat up but it didn't appear anything was broken, and only time will tell how long it lasts, I hope more than $20's worth. :)
